Revised, the City of Sanford will receive bids for the Midtown Mall Revitalization Project until filled at the Sanford City Hall, 919 Main Street, Sanford, Maine 04073. 
The project is funded by Maine Department of Economic and Community Development – Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and the successful bidder will be required to comply with all applicable local and federal requirements. Davis Bacon prevailing wages will apply to the project.
