Great Works Regional Land Trust is a member-supported organization providing conservation options to landowners and programs for community members, including 18 preserves with hiking trails.

The Sanford Housing Authority helps address the housing needs of more than 900 families and individuals in Sanford, Springvale, Alfred, Shapleigh, Acton, Lebanon, North Berwick, Wells and Kennebunk. SANFORD PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
Sanford Performing Arts Center is Southern Maine’s home for live music, theater, dance, comedy, and more. In addition to school performances and lectures, they also present a season of regional and national touring performances. The SPAC is also available to rent for presentations by outside groups.

SANFORD SEWERAGE DISTRICT
The Sanford Sewerage District protects public health, water quality, and the environment by maintaining a wastewater collection system and treatment facility in a manner that assures compliance with all policies, permits, and regulations set forth by the board of trustees, Maine Department of Environmental Protection, and Environmental Protection Agency.
The Y has been a strong and positive force in our community for 75 years. Today the Y operates its main facility on River Street, the Y Trafton Center, ten before and after school sites throughout three school districts, Camp Marland and Bunganut Lake Park in Lyman.
