Fire Station Feedback

We appreciate your constructive comments and are continually striving to find ways to enhance the level and quality of service to the community. This email form is not intended for the reporting of roadway defects and SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE NOTICE as it cannot be assured that the email will be promptly received by the City’s Employees.  If you have a concern about a roadway defect (such as a pothole) or an immediate infrastructure issue that needs to be addressed in Sanford or Springvale, please call the Department of Public Works at (207) 324-9135 x 1 from Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.  If the issue is urgent and occurring outside of these hours, please contact the Sanford Regional Communications Center at (207) 324-3644 x 1 or dial 911.
