General Application
For all Subdivisions, Private Ways, and any Site Plan or Amendment over 5,000sf in size.

Design Review Application

For all projects located in either the Sanford Downtown or Springvale Village Design Districts.

Staff Level Application
For any Site Plan or Amendment under 5,000sf in size.

Zone Change Application
For any Zoning Map or Text Amendments.

Nonconforming Structures Application
For any project with a Nonconforming Structure as identified by the Code Enforcement Officer.
