Sanford Employees Win 2022 Maine Smart Growth Award

Matthew Hill, Sanford's Director of Public Works was a 2022 Maine Smart Growth Award winner- Outstanding Project for The Mousam Promenade.

Ian Houseal, Sanford's Director of Community Development, a member of the Stakeholder Group of the Land Bank Authority was also a 2022 Maine Smart Growth Award winner- Outstanding Public Policy for the LD 1694 Maine Redevelopment Land Bank Authority Legislation.
