Matt Hill and the City of Sanford won a 2022 Smart Growth Award for the forthcoming Mousam Promenade project which ties efforts between Sanford's Roadway Capital Improvement program, MaineDOT's Municipal Partnership Initiative program, and Sanford & MaineDOT's cooperative application and award of a USDOT RAISE Grant.
