The City of Sanford, in conjunction with the MaineDOT Municipal Partnership Initiative Program, has advertised the reconstruction of River Street for the 2023 season.  Please see the City of Sanford Bid Opportunities page for more information.  The Department of Public Works will be reaching out to individual abutters over the winter to discuss these plans in detail.
