At the March 21st City Council Meeting, the Council accepted a bid for the demolition of the International Woolen Mill Boiler House Exhaust Stack from Dick Landry Lawncare.

The demolition of the Exhaust Stack will begin on April 3rd. During demolition, (estimated end date May 1st) the Sanford Mill parking lot will be closed between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on workdays. During this time, please park at the lower Midtown Mall public parking lot.
