Holdsworth Park "The Rec" Summer Closure

Starting the week of June 19th, Holdsworth Park, also known as "The Rec," will be closed to the public on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the safety of the children in our summer camps.

The Rec will be closed from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. In the event that our camps do not attend on one of these days, the park will be open to the public.

Parks and Recreation run multiple camps out of the pavilions and utilize the Rec Area all day for camp activities, accommodating up to 200 children. Closing the Rec helps create a safer environment for campers, camp staff, and lifeguards
